Ukrainian forces have regained access to Starlink

Ukrainian Defense Minister Jevhenyij Hmara announced the restoration of access to SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet, crucial for military operations. Meanwhile, Ukrainian drone attacks targeted industrial facilities in Russia, including Togliatti, with no reported casualties initially.
