It took seven years, but the world's largest electric scooter is ready – video

Matt Brown, known for his YouTube channel SuperfastMatt, created a unique oversized electric scooter. Initially conceived seven years ago, the project faced various delays. Brown designed the scooter by scaling up a Razor scooter, but the first version was impractically long. He later redesigned it to a manageable 2.4 meters. The frame is primarily wooden, reinforced with aluminum to give a metallic appearance. The electric components were sourced from a used scooter, and the battery pack was replaced after deterioration. Despite setbacks, including relocations and pandemic-related cancellations, Brown resumed work on the scooter, adding a full-sized handlebar for better maneuverability. The scooter has garnered interest, with many eager to try it, and Brown claims it to be the world's largest scooter, though this remains unverified.
