Mountaineer dies after reaching the summit. Tragedy in Nepal

German climber Wolfgang Waschiczek died after summiting Ama Dablam in Nepal. He fell approximately 1600 meters after returning to Camp III. A search operation was launched, and his body was found near Camp II. Initial reports suggest he slipped on icy terrain.
