IHRU accuses Luísa Salgueiro of "incendiary statements"

He noted that the initial funding for affordable housing was insufficient and highlighted past issues within the government. The project, awarded to Atelier Carvalho Araújo, has faced delays and lack of communication from the government and IHRU.
