On October 28, maximum fuel prices will be set at 6.55 PLN for Pb95, 7.24 PLN for Pb98, and 8.28 PLN for ON. This marks a slight decrease from the previous day's prices. The Ceny Paliwa Niżej program, which temporarily reduces VAT and excise duties on fuels, is in effect until the end of 2026. The government has no plans to extend this program to autogas. Additionally, budget revenues from the tax on excess profits of fuel companies are estimated at around 5.2 billion PLN, covering costs of previous CPN editions. The tax period has been extended to include the first quarter of 2027, with expected revenues of approximately 1.2 billion PLN.
