Important to test current Lusa rules

The Minister of the Presidency emphasized the importance of testing the current rules of Lusa after the parliamentary debate on its statutes. António Leitão Amaro spoke during a parliamentary committee session, noting that the parliament had recently deliberated on various proposed amendments. He highlighted the need for the Consultative Council to be completed, mentioning that the appointment of three members by the Assembly of the Republic is still pending. The minister stressed that this council is crucial for both strategic planning and internal relations within the organization, beyond just parliamentary scrutiny.
