Industrial turnover in August down 0.9% in value month-on-month, up 4.2% year-on-year

In August, Italy's industrial turnover decreased by 0.9% month-on-month but increased by 4.2% year-on-year, according to Istat. The volume also saw a year-on-year decline of 2.9%. In the services sector, there was a 3.6% increase in value year-on-year, while volume decreased by 0.5%. Month-on-month, services turnover rose by 0.3% in value but fell by 0.3% in volume.
