"Innej drogi nie ma". Premier o Trybunale Konstytucyjnym
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk emphasized the necessity of restoring the rule of law following police intervention at the Constitutional Tribunal. He stated that this process, although challenging, is essential after years of lawlessness. Other politicians, including Climate Minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska, defended the Tribunal's independence. President Nawrocki, en route to Senegal, announced his return to Poland amidst the situation. The police were present at the Tribunal due to concerns raised by Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska regarding potential threats to the safety of judges and staff. Barriers were set up around the Tribunal as a precaution.
