Passive investing democratizes the market

Passive investing is gaining popularity as it democratizes access to investment opportunities. Unlike active funds, passive funds aim to replicate market indices, offering lower costs and reduced emotional decision-making. Investors can choose from various ETFs and index funds based on their risk tolerance and investment horizon. A diversified portfolio may include both domestic and international stocks, with a suggested 60/40 strategy of stocks to bonds. TFI PZU is expanding its ETF offerings and plans to introduce products tailored for Personal Investment Accounts (OKI), which will provide tax benefits. While passive investing is suitable for foreign assets, active management may be more beneficial for Polish securities due to market inefficiencies.
