iPhone Duo for 3.2 million? Sales have started, Apple has imposed restrictions
Apple has started pre-orders for its first foldable device, the iPhone Duo, which quickly sold out. Mark Gurman from Bloomberg suggests that the rush is partly due to Apple's manufacturing issues. Additionally, Apple has limited purchases to two devices per person in several countries, including the US, UK, Japan, and Spain, likely to prevent resellers from buying in bulk. This restriction may also apply in Hungary. Despite the limits, some buyers may still find ways to circumvent them, indicating that Apple's measures may not fully address the issue of reselling at inflated prices.
