Compass Institute: The Tisza is already leading among retirees against Fidesz

Fidesz has lost over ten percentage points since the April elections, with its popularity declining among previously loyal voter groups, including seniors. The Tisza Party now leads among the elderly, with 42% support compared to Fidesz's 30%. The Iránytű Institute's research indicates that Tisza dominates all voter demographics, except among those with only primary education. In villages, Fidesz is trailing by 16 percentage points. The analysis suggests that the shift in support may be due to a desire to align with perceived winners and the disintegration of Fidesz's propaganda machinery. Voter turnout remains high, with over 80% indicating they would participate in elections.
