Israele, aperti i seggi per il rinnovo della Knesset

Polling stations opened at 7 AM local time for Israel's 26th Knesset elections, the first since the October 7 attack. Approximately 7.3 million Israelis are eligible to vote until 10 PM local time. A total of 36 parties are competing, with only 13 expected to surpass the 3.25% threshold based on polls. Exit polls will be released after voting ends, but final results will be confirmed eight days later, on November 4. The turnout is anticipated to be high, with 74% of the population indicating they plan to vote, compared to 70% in the 2022 elections. Leading parties include Likud, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, and Yashar!, headed by former IDF chief Gadi Eisenkot.
