Here is the list of new district leaders: the government will replace 55 out of 60 directors, the remaining positions will be re-tendered.

The evaluation of applications for district leaders has concluded, with Lannert Judit appointing new leaders for 55 out of 60 districts. Five districts will have new applications announced. Starting in November, a new approach focusing on professionalism and collaboration will be implemented. School principals have regained their employer rights, while district offices will primarily serve as coordinators and supporters. A total of 567 applications were received, with 424 meeting the criteria. The restructuring aims to enhance the educational system, addressing significant issues identified during an audit, including financial mismanagement and the dismissal of teachers for advocating for their rights.
