Jan Tajster arrested by Krakow police

The police were searching for 70-year-old Tajster, a former Krakow official, who failed to report to prison. He was previously the director of the Municipal Cemetery Management and held roles in municipal investment and public utility sectors. In December last year, he was sentenced for fraud, bribery, and harming public interest, receiving a 5.5-year prison term. He had been wanted since May.
