"Jaszczur" detained by the police. "The state is acting"
Wojciech Olszański, known as Jaszczur, was detained by police to be taken to prison following a court order. The Minister of Interior and Administration confirmed the action, stating that the state is acting. Olszański was previously found guilty of inciting hatred against Jewish people during a 2022 event in Grudziądz. The Gdańsk Court of Appeals reduced his sentence from two years to one and a half years of community service, requiring him to perform unpaid work. The court highlighted that Olszański's statements during the march portrayed Jewish individuals negatively, framing them as enemies of Poland.
