Amadeusz Cyganek, a YouTuber, reported on platform X that he shares his phone number with another person, leading to confusion and unwanted calls. Despite contacting both Plus and Play multiple times, he received no resolution. Cyganek has owned his number for 16 years, but recently discovered that someone signed a subscription contract for his number with Play. He expressed frustration over the lack of response from both networks, which claimed the issue was due to a mislabeling of number availability. Play acknowledged the mistake and deactivated the number, while Plus stated they were not involved in the error during the number transfer process. The situation is under review by the Electronic Communications Office.
