Lithuanian investigators identified two Germans involved in attempted arson of telecom infrastructure in Vilnius, linked to similar incidents in Bulgaria and Poland. The suspects, one Turkish and one Serbian, were arrested and are believed to be part of a sabotage group operating under Russian intelligence orders. In Poland, Turkish nationals were also arrested for setting fire to a Starlink station, with investigations ongoing regarding sabotage and terrorism. The three affected countries are collaborating to address these incidents.
