One ride, 11 offenses. Troubles for a 16-year-old

In late September, a video surfaced showing a young moped rider performing dangerous maneuvers on Kościelna Street in Kościan, Poland. Police reviewed the footage and monitoring, discovering a total of 11 traffic violations committed by the 16-year-old rider. These included riding on one wheel, ignoring traffic signs, and overtaking on double solid lines and at intersections. The minor admitted to the offenses, and the case has been forwarded to the family and juvenile court. Authorities emphasized the serious risks such behavior poses to both the rider and other road users, especially pedestrians.
