A fire and evacuation drill took place at Jessa Hospital in Hasselt, focusing on procedures after office hours. Two patients were simulated as victims in the radiology department. The exercise aimed to test the efficiency of emergency protocols, with the fire department alerted within three minutes. Although the drill went smoothly, improvements were noted regarding the use of action cards for routine responses. Feedback will be collected to enhance future preparedness for emergencies.
