There is an indictment against Leszek K. The journalist will answer for abusing his family

A journalist is under investigation for possessing a gas pistol and 54 rounds of ammunition without permission, as well as threatening the local police chief via email. The weapon and ammunition were discovered during a search of the journalist's car. Evidence from a previous case of domestic abuse against Leszek K. has also been included. The prosecutor stated that the current evidence does not allow for the conclusion of the investigation or the filing of charges. Further witness testimonies and documentation from Austria and Switzerland are awaited to determine the next steps.
