There is a statement from the president regarding the situation in the Constitutional Tribunal. "I call for the forces of coercion to leave the area of the Tribunal"

President Karol Nawrocki emphasized the need for legal order and called for urgent consultations regarding the political situation in Poland. He criticized the actions of judges he deemed usurpers and stated that only the legally appointed vice-president of the Constitutional Tribunal should be allowed entry. Tensions escalated as Nawrocki confronted judges, asserting they were not legitimate judges. The crisis in the Constitutional Tribunal led to the suspension of President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański, with legal grounds cited for their removal. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek announced requests to lift immunities for several judges, indicating ongoing legal disputes within the Tribunal.
