There is a wage agreement at ZUS. There will be raises and bonuses for employees

The conflict began in June 2025, with unions demanding a 1200 PLN increase per employee, while the employer offered only 220 PLN. A nationwide warning strike occurred on June 17 due to unresolved issues. The unions criticized the government's lack of financial support for increased workloads. The agreement marks the end of a prolonged dispute, with ZUS managing significant funds for 2026.
