There is a sixth motion to lift the immunity of Bogdan Święczkowski

A sixth request to lift the immunity of Bogdan Święczkowski has been submitted, concerning the purchase of the Hermes spying system during his tenure as National Prosecutor. This follows five previous requests made on October 30, which also included a request for Bartłomiej Sochański. The requests involve allegations of misuse of operational control materials, exceeding authority, and obstructing judges' duties. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska has been appointed as the head of the Constitutional Tribunal, temporarily suspending Święczkowski and Sochański from their duties.
