There is a verdict in the case of Jarosław Kaczyński's security guards and the incident with the KOD activist

Prosecutor Mateusz Chajduga sought a suspended prison sentence for the guards, while their lawyer argued for acquittal. The court found the guards guilty but conditionally suspended the case for two years, ordering them to pay damages to Raczek. The verdict is not yet final.
