João Nuno succeeds Luís Tralhão at Torreense

João Nuno has been appointed as the new head coach of Torreense, succeeding Luís Tralhão. The club aims to solidify its growth with this change. Nuno, 41, previously managed Estrela da Amadora and has signed a contract until 2028. Tralhão led the team to their first Taça de Portugal victory and a spot in the Europa League but was dismissed due to a difficult start to the season. Nuno's first match will be against Portimonense on October 31, followed by a European debut against FC Ararat on November 5.
