Endless traffic jams are coming: road repairs will begin on Monday on the shared section of the M1 and M7.

Major road repairs will begin on October 26 on the shared section of the M1 and M7 motorways, as well as on the M0 near Budaörs, Törökbálint, and Diósd. The work is expected to last until the third week of November and will cover approximately 35,000 square meters. The first phase includes lane closures and detours, particularly affecting the M1-M7 junction and the M7 towards Balaton. Vitézy Dávid emphasized the importance of timely interventions to ensure long-term safety and comfort on these routes. Traffic disruptions are anticipated, and drivers are advised to check current conditions before traveling.
