Kaczyński interrogated. The PiS leader appeared at the prosecutor's office
Jarosław Kaczyński, the president of PiS, was questioned as a witness regarding the exclusion of certain judges from the Constitutional Tribunal. He stated that the interrogation was conducted properly and expressed no grievances. The investigation, initiated in April, concerns the exclusion of four judges elected by the Sejm. Mariusz Gosek, another PiS member, was also questioned about subjective assessments related to the Tribunal. The investigation has led to charges against two individuals for abuse of power. Additionally, Maciej Berek filed a complaint regarding an incident where he was allegedly prevented from entering the Tribunal by its president, Bogdan Święczkowski. The situation surrounding the judges' oaths has been contentious since March, with disputes over their legitimacy.
