Kaczyński interrogated. The PiS leader appeared at the prosecutor's office

Jarosław Kaczyński is being questioned as a witness in an investigation regarding the exclusion of certain judges from the Constitutional Tribunal. The investigation began in April and involves allegations against two officials for abuse of power. Additional complaints have been filed concerning the appointment of judges and incidents related to their swearing-in. Maciej Berek reported an obstruction by the Tribunal's president when attempting to enter the judges' area after his swearing-in. The president denied any physical confrontation and offered to provide surveillance footage of the incident. Protests occurred outside the Tribunal during these events, leading to police involvement to secure evidence.
