Karl Bushby has walked 50,000 kilometers. After 28 years, he has completed his journey around the world
Karl Bushby completed his 28-year journey around the world, returning to Hull, England, where he was welcomed by his mother. Starting in 1998, he traveled approximately 50,000 kilometers across four continents and 30 countries, avoiding any form of transport that would allow him to skip walking. Throughout his journey, he faced numerous dangers, including being imprisoned in Panama and dealing with visa issues in Russia. His expedition, initially planned for 12 years, took nearly three decades due to various challenges. Upon his return, he reunited with family, including his son and granddaughter, whom he had rarely seen during his travels.
