Karol Nawrocki appoints Minister Domański as Deputy Prime Minister and successor to Pełczyńska-Nałęcz

The spokesperson for the President of Poland, Rafał Leśkiewicz, stated that the appointment of Andrzej Domański as Deputy Prime Minister will occur once Prime Minister Donald Tusk submits the request. Leśkiewicz mentioned that this will happen during a single ceremony, which will also include the appointment of a new minister to replace Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, who recently announced her departure from the government. Tusk had previously indicated his intention to submit the request for Domański's appointment.
