Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in Rozwój Plus? Mateusz Morawiecki responded
Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz announced her resignation from the government and was subsequently expelled from the Poland 2050 party. Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated there are no discussions about her joining his party, despite agreeing with her criticism of the current government. Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, who did not run for parliament, was responsible for managing funds from the National Recovery Plan and negotiated revisions with the European Commission. Her departure follows internal conflicts within her party, which saw significant changes earlier this year. Before resigning, she claimed that investments from the Recovery Plan contributed to GDP growth.
