Crash of the French Mirage 2000D fighter jet. One person is dead, search operations are ongoing

A Mirage 2000 D aircraft from Nancy-Ochey airbase crashed near Rogeville, France, resulting in one confirmed death and ongoing searches for the second crew member. The aircraft lost contact during a training flight, and adverse weather conditions hampered rescue efforts. Colonel Ludovic Humbert stated that the aircraft had no prior technical issues and had recently undergone maintenance.
