Participation close to two-thirds, serious accusations accompany the voting in Serbia
In Serbia's early parliamentary elections, voter turnout reached 64.8% by 6 PM, significantly higher than the previous election's 51.4%. Despite the high participation, numerous irregularities were reported, including voter intimidation and allegations of vote buying. The CRTA monitoring organization noted issues in 29% of polling stations related to pressure on voters and observers. Incidents included intimidation of a female observer in Zemun and over 200 reports of irregularities, such as family voting and misuse of identification tools. In Presevo, voters, particularly from Kosovo, struggled to find their names on the electoral roll. Additionally, an incident involving Angelina Vucic, mother of former president Aleksandar Vucic, was reported, leading to one arrest.
