Kiev attacks Russian chemical factory 200 kilometers from Moscow

Ukraine has attacked a chemical factory in Tula, Russia, approximately 200 kilometers south of Moscow, causing damage to infrastructure. Local authorities reported that Russian air defenses intercepted a massive drone attack, with debris causing damage in Novomoskovsk. The affected company is believed to be Azot, part of EuroChem, which has previously been targeted by Ukrainian drones. Additionally, a steel plant in Lipetsk was reportedly attacked, though this has not been confirmed by Russian officials. Russian defense claimed to have intercepted over 500 Ukrainian drones across 13 regions. Meanwhile, discussions between Finnish and Norwegian leaders with Russian and Ukrainian officials have resumed, with Putin indicating he would only meet Zelensky in a third country for a peace agreement.
