Veronika Varga-Bajusz was transferred to Kiskunhalas

Veronika Varga-Bajusz has been transferred from Kecskemét to Kiskunhalas, according to her lawyer. The Kecskemét Court upheld the detention of Varga-Bajusz and MP Balázs Hankó due to a criminal investigation involving significant financial misconduct related to the National Cultural Fund. The prosecution has requested a three-month extension of their detention, which could keep them in prison until February 1. Varga-Bajusz's lawyer argues that she should have been questioned as a witness rather than subjected to a lengthy criminal process. The lawyer also mentioned that no one has testified against her in this case, which he describes as filled with injustices.
