The coalition of volunteers begins exercises. Nearly 3,000 soldiers in Nowa Dęba
Military exercises will take place from November 9 to 22, involving nearly 3,000 soldiers from countries including France, Germany, and the UK. NATO is informed but will not participate directly, while Ukrainian soldiers will join. The exercises aim to test the alliance's ability to deploy troops in Ukraine post-war and demonstrate military credibility. They will focus on command systems and logistics rather than showcasing heavy weaponry. Poland is chosen as the host due to its experience in organizing such training, with several training centers for Ukrainian forces operating since the war began. The coalition of willing nations, formed in January 2025, now includes 37 countries, primarily from Europe.
