Delio, an online supermarket from the Żabka Group, has launched a new service allowing customers to return empty packaging during grocery deliveries in major Polish cities. Starting October 1, 2026, customers can indicate their desire to return up to 240 liters of packaging when placing orders. The service is managed by Reselekt and EcoAction, with plans to include paper bags in the future. Refunds for returned deposits will be transferred to customers' bank accounts, with processing times varying by city. This initiative aims to enhance convenience for online shoppers, as research shows that ease of use is a significant factor in their purchasing decisions.
