Another ambassador resigns. Radosław Sikorski "agreed to this request"

Krzysztof Szczerski, Poland's permanent representative to the UN, has resigned at his own request, as confirmed by the Foreign Ministry spokesperson. He has held the position since 2021 and previously worked in President Duda's office. The reasons for his resignation were not disclosed. This follows the resignations of two other Polish ambassadors, Jakub Kumoch and Paweł Soloch, who cited political circumstances as reasons for their departures. Kumoch expressed concerns over a note from the Foreign Ministry regarding the Constitutional Tribunal, which he deemed false, while Soloch referenced illegal attempts to seize the Tribunal as his reason for resigning.
