End of the lottery when buying beef? Poland is preparing a new quality certificate
During a conference at the Ministry of Agriculture, plans were announced for a new culinary quality certification for beef in Poland. This initiative aims to create a common brand, "Polska Wołowina," to help consumers select the right meat for specific culinary uses. The certification will provide information on the best uses for different cuts of beef, enhancing consumer choice. Supported by major processing companies, the project involves eight facilities responsible for a significant portion of Poland's beef production and export. While the new quality standards may increase prices, industry leaders emphasize the importance of offering consumers a range of quality options.
