NFZ inspection at the Southern Hospital. When are the results?

The inspection at the South Hospital in Warsaw has been extended until November 6 due to the need for further analysis of documents. The inspection was initiated following reports of irregularities, particularly concerning the earnings of a doctor, Dawid K., who allegedly earned 1.6 million PLN during his specialization. The National Health Fund (NFZ) is verifying compliance with healthcare service agreements, focusing on medical staff presence and work time accounting. Additionally, hospitals are now required to report hourly attendance of medical staff to the NFZ. A package of health care reforms addressing salary limits and transparency in contracts is currently under Senate review.
