Pócs János could distribute Santa Claus packages from public funds

The Jász Nemzet Egyesület, linked to János Pócs, used state funding for various programs in Jászság, including a laser show in Jászapáti. This event was promoted as being thanks to Pócs's son, who was running for mayor at the time. Similar issues arose with Christmas packages distributed by Pócs while the association claimed to purchase them through grants. When questioned, Pócs appeared on a local show where he faced the same inquiries. He acknowledged distributing funded packages but denied any political messaging. He claimed all events had funding sources, even if they were self-financed.
