Kremlin announces date for trilateral talks on Ukraine. Meeting in November in Abu Dhabi

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to resume peace negotiations with Ukraine involving the United States, potentially starting next month. The Kremlin announced this decision following a meeting with Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff. The talks are expected to be technical and held in Abu Dhabi, focusing on security guarantees for both Ukraine and Russia after the war. The last round of negotiations took place in February, prior to the U.S. and Israel's military actions against Iran.
