Crisis in the Constitutional Tribunal. "Police Solidarity" asks the National Police Headquarters if the police are acting in accordance with the law

Jacek Łukasik, leader of the newly formed Police Solidarity union, has called for a public statement from the police chief regarding recent events at the Constitutional Tribunal. He highlighted concerns about the inexperience of young officers deployed in Warsaw and raised legal doubts about police actions at the Tribunal. Łukasik noted that officers and their families are worried about their safety and the implications of following orders that may lead to legal issues. He warned that the current situation has lowered police morale, which could affect internal security. He urged political leaders to recognize the ongoing mission of the police to serve and protect society, independent of political conflicts.
