Krzysztof Rutkowski is selling his 17th-century palace. He has lowered the price by 1.5 million PLN

Krzysztof Rutkowski is selling a historic palace in Szczepowo, Lower Silesia, for 8.5 million PLN after reducing the price by 1.5 million PLN. The property includes a 17th-century palace with around 70 rooms and a 13-hectare park. Rutkowski, who bought the palace in 2016, has visited it only three times and cites a lack of time for maintenance as a reason for the sale. He has invested nearly 100,000 PLN in securing the property and has received interest from potential buyers, including a French investor and a Polish religious order. The palace, built around 1670, has a rich history but requires significant renovations.
