Which judges can enter the Constitutional Tribunal? New statement from Anna Korwin-Piotrowska
Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, acting as the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, has established new access rules for the Tribunal's premises. She stated that judges Święczkowski and Sochański are not allowed entry due to ongoing proceedings. Other judges must coordinate their access with her for security reasons. Additionally, staff members have been suspended from their duties and cannot enter the building unless specifically invited. Korwin-Piotrowska emphasized that these measures are necessary for public order and safety. She also announced a meeting on November 3 to discuss the Tribunal's budget for 2027.
