Pardo de Vera's defense informs Anti-Corruption of its willingness to cooperate with Justice

Isabel Pardo de Vera, former Secretary of State for Transport, has expressed her willingness to cooperate with the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor regarding ongoing investigations into public works irregularities. Her lawyer informed the prosecutor about her readiness to provide information that could be relevant to the case. Pardo de Vera is currently under investigation for alleged irregularities, including the hiring of Jésica Rodríguez, linked to former minister José Luis Ábalos. Despite being implicated, she maintains her innocence, asserting that all contracts awarded during her tenure were justified. The Supreme Court previously condemned Ábalos and others for corruption related to these matters.
