The judge requests to speed up the search efforts, more workers, and to work at night

The judge overseeing the Urda train accident case has ordered an acceleration of search efforts, requesting more workers and night operations. This urgent request was directed to the crane company contracted by ADIF and RENFE to ensure sufficient personnel are available for the ongoing search for remains. The aim is to quickly identify and return the remains to the victims' families. Currently, 56 of the 69 deceased have been identified, while the number of injured has decreased to 31 in Castilla-La Mancha hospitals, with 13 in intensive care. The Madrid hospitals report 10 injured, totaling 232 treated across both regions.
