Lando Norris has launched his own team in Formula 2 after acquiring AIX Racing, focusing on driver development. The team, named LN4 Fusion, will compete in multiple championships, including FRECA, Italian Formula 4, and Formula 3, and has received approval to participate in Formula 2 starting in 2027. Bruno Michel, the managing director of Formula 2, welcomed LN4 Fusion, highlighting the team's expertise and potential contribution to the championship's success. Currently, Norris is an active driver for McLaren and is sixth in the standings, while Kimi Antonelli is poised to become the world champion.
