The left-wing think tank Terra Nova refutes a report from the Immigration and Demography Observatory, close to the far right

A six-months countdown to the presidential election sees a clash between think tanks. Terra Nova, a progressive group, releases a study aimed at countering the work of the right-leaning Observatoire de l’immigration et de la démographie (OID). The OID, funded by Pierre-Edouard Stérin, has published studies since 2020 that reflect its political stance on immigration. Their recent report claims immigrants work less frequently than native-born citizens, raising concerns about integration ahead of the upcoming election.
