Better news for drivers. There are new maximum fuel prices

On November 4, the maximum prices for fuels will be set, with gasoline 95 at 6.37 PLN, gasoline 98 at 7.24 PLN, and diesel at 8.05 PLN. This announcement is part of the third phase of the Fuel Price Lowering Package (CPN), aimed at controlling fuel prices and reducing costs for drivers. The new law introduces a 60% tax on excess profits from fuel sales, effective from March 2026 to March 2027. The government plans to finance these measures through a new levy on fuel companies with extraordinary profits, with the support package expected to last until the end of 2026, costing around 5 billion PLN.
